Last updated 1 July 2026

This policy explains how Ancho Solutions Ltd (“we”) handles personal data when you use this website, respond to a campaign we operate, or contact us about our services. We are the data controller for the information described below.

Data we collect

  • Contact details you submit through the enquiry form: name, company, email address, indicative budget and the message you write.
  • Lead data collected through campaigns we run, where the source form sets out the purpose and the advertisers the data may be shared with.
  • Technical data such as IP address, device type, referring page and pages viewed, used to keep the site secure and to measure campaign performance.

Why we process it

We process enquiry data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Lead data is processed on the basis of the consent captured at the point of collection, and that consent record is retained alongside the lead. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functioning site.

Sharing

Lead data is shared only with the advertiser named or described at the point of collection, and with the processors that host and transmit it. We do not sell personal data. Our processors are bound by written agreements limiting them to our documented instructions.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for twenty-four months from the last contact. Lead data and the associated consent record are kept for the period required by the relevant advertiser agreement and applicable regulation, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, object to processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis we rely on. Write to hello@anchosolutions.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets only the cookies needed to serve pages and to attribute campaign traffic. Where a campaign requires analytics or advertising cookies, you are asked before they are set, and you can change that choice at any time.
